Position 3: Mr. Roy Williamson
Roy Williamson was born and raised in Tyler, Texas, and is a 1970 graduate of Chapel Hill High School. He is married and has six children. Roy worked at Jackson Elementary School for 13 years and then became an employee at Baker Atlas Oil Company, where he worked for 15 years. During that time, he was appointed to serve for two years on the Chapel Hill ISD school board. Roy has served on the Jackson Water Supply Corporation board since 2014. As the owner and CEO of Unique Custom Homes, Roy built homes throughout East Texas. Currently, Roy is an advisor for Unique Consultants. One can traverse the highways and roads in the Chapel Hill community to see countless beautiful homes that he has built and remodeled. Roy has a true dedication to the Chapel Hill community.
Position 4: Mrs. Kathy Barfield
Mrs. Kathy Barfield has been in the water business for 35 plus years. She has been a member of Jackson Water Supply Corporation for 19 years and has served on the Board of Directors for Jackson Water Supply Corporation for seven years.
Position 5: Mrs. Gatha Goss
Mrs. Gatha Goss has experience as a Director for over 10 years. She has served as our Secretary Treasurer. Gatha has been a life long resedent of the Jackson/ Chapel Hill community.
Position 7: Mr. Jimmy Pinke
Mr. Jimmy Pink has served on our board for two years. He has lived in the community all my life and enjoys helping my community grow and flourish.
Postion 6: Canidates
Mr. Glyn Thomas
Mr. Glyn Thomas has been a board member of Jackson Water Supply since 2017. He has also been a member of the Smith County Agricultural Board for several years. He lives in the community that the corporation serves and has a committed interest in its success and service to the community. He cares about the customers and the water. He wants the best quality and quantity of water for us all, and that starts with good leadership and oversight.
Ms. Lukundria Ford-Johnson
Ms. Lakundria Ford-Johnson offers proven experience in leadership, administration, and public service. After more than 40 years in this community, she understands its needs, values, and challenges. She is committed to serving with integrity, transparency, and accountability. She has served as Secretary-Treasurer, participated on several committees, and represented Tyler Locals with pride and responsibility. Chapel Hill is a beautiful community with tremendous potential, and she is committed to helping it grow even stronger. Her experience has taught her the value of discipline, teamwork, and thoughtful leadership. She takes initiative, adapts quickly, and works hard to understand new challenges. With your support, she is ready to use her skills to serve our community and make a positive difference.
